Shinogi Awase (to the side) then move into nukidomn sabakiShiho Nage is performed with a single smooth unified spiraling motionaround Nage’s Center (hara) leadng Uke in the direction of the throw.

Shiho Nage contains all the characteristic of an Aikido throw.

The turning of Nages hips and the dynamic reversal of Uke’s momentum.Uke’s attacking hand is secured at the wrist with both of Nage’s hands andis extended down, out and up. Nage then pivots his hips reversing Uke’smovement.
