• All payments are done via PayPal in USD.
• Full payment is required upfront for all commissions unless otherwise agreed upon.

• 50/50 half the amount at the beginning and the rest after we valid the project together (unless otherwise mutually agreed to)
• Commercial use costs an additional +100% of the base price.
• Prices may vary depending on complexity or additional elements

• Refunds will only be issued if the commission has not yet been started.
• No refunds will be given once the lineart or final render has begun.
• If I am unable to complete your commission for any reason, a full refund will be provided.
• If a chargeback is made without contacting me, you will be blacklisted from future commissions.

• “Test Sketches” or “Pay if you like it” commissions.
• Revenue share (“Rev share”) proposals.
• Real Money Trading (RMT) involving in-game currencies.
• Anything involving hate speech, offensive content, or illegal material.
• will NOT create Gore, Offensive Content, or NSFW art.

• Turnaround time is typically 1–3 weeks, depending on the complexity.
• If requested I will provide progress updates at the sketch and flat color stages.
• Final artwork will be delivered as a high-resolution PNG (or format of your choice).

Artist:

• I retain all rights to the artwork.
• I may post the artwork in my portfolio, social media, or promotional materials unless otherwise agreed.

Client:

• You may use the artwork for personal use only unless commercial rights are purchased.

• You may not edit, train Ai or trace.
• Proper credit is appreciated when posting the art publicly.
